7 latest plugins to secure your WordPress 3.2 site and above versions

It becomes very difficult sometimes when your WordPress based website becomes a repetitive target for hackers. Usually it happens when you do not implement a few nice security plugins which secure your self hosted WordPress website.

To help getting these plugins and configuring them, I have listed them below.

1. Limit Login Attempts : This plugin helps blocking the user for about 15 to 20 minutes if he tries to login in your admin area for 4 times or above. This is a very good way to help preventing Brute Force attacks.

2. Secure WordPress : This plugin does a few very strong things to secure your WordPress site including hiding plugins directory, removes wp version, removes core updates for non-admin users, blocks any bad queries etc.

3. Sabre :If your site allows user registration most probably you will start  seeing a lot of fake registrations, this plugin can help preventing fake registration by bots.
